Lucille's Rolls




Lucille's Rolls (my husband's grandmother)

1 c. Warm milk

3/4 c. Warm water

2 T. Yeast

1 tsp. Sugar


Mix above. Let brew


3 T. Oil

3 T. Sugar

1 1/2 tsp. Salt

1 beaten egg

3-4 c. Flour



Mix Above. Add Yeast Mixture. Let rise once. Knead again.

Press out and cut 1/4 inch thick with circular cutter. Mark the middle.

Add a bit of butter. Fold in half and place on pan. Let rise 15 mins.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Super easy and they turn out everytime!
